These Terms apply to purchases from and use of cedarandclayli.shop, operated under the trading name cedarandclayli by Antiaging Quantum Living Inc.
Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information relevant to the store.
Using our services
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or appropriate authorization to act for the purchaser.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. Protect any account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized activity.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, malicious software, or unauthorized access.
Listings and order acceptance
We take reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen differences do not excuse goods that fail to match their description.
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch unless we expressly accept earlier.
If a material listing error or availability problem affects an order, we will explain the available options. We will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without consent. Payments for orders we cannot fulfill will be promptly refunded.
Prices and charges
The checkout shows the currency and total payable before payment.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than US$30 after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. For US$30 or less, the shipping charge is shown at checkout. Equivalent thresholds in other currencies will be disclosed before purchase.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs clearance charges are included in the disclosed total or paid by us. Customers do not bear additional tax or import charges beyond that total.
Contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected charge so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Order fulfillment
Paid orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.
We disclose delivery estimates before purchase and obtain agreement to an extended delivery period where required. If dispatch is delayed, we will explain the revised estimate, cancellation options, and refunds, obtaining further consent when legally necessary.
Returns and statutory protection
Our voluntary service allows free return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment provider processing and mandatory deadlines.
These Terms do not remove mandatory rights relating to cancellation, defective goods, inaccurate descriptions, or other consumer protections.
Content and external services
Store materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Personal shopping and other legally permitted uses are allowed. Other uses requiring permission must be authorized by the relevant rights holder.
Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller.
Responsibility and governing law
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
New York law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. This provision does not remove access to courts available under applicable consumer law.
